Our work in the residential sector spans private developments of luxury homes to Build to Rent schemes for social housing providers. We have built a reputation for delivering specialist residential facilities for those with unique needs and understand the sensitivities of working within live settings. GELLATLY HOUSE, DUNDEE

Gellatly House is situated in the Dundee City Centre where it is close to the waterfront. The proposed development will be a 5-storeys Residential Apartment of 49 units, made up of one, two and three-bedroom apartments within a total developments area of 32,377 sq ft.

AUCHMILL GARDENS, ABERDEEN

Situated in the formerly known Oil Capital City of Europe, Auchmill Gardens is an exclusive location where urban living is met with the Scottish natural environment.
